Achievement Badges
Achievement Badges are issued by the pony club in over 20 different categories. There are two types of badges, non-equine and equine.

The children receive tuition in the badge they are taking, and at the end of the session a small verbal test is completed to see if they have gained sufficient knowledge in the subject to be awarded the badge.
The badge is worn on the pony club sweatshirt. If you achieve 20 or more badges you are entitled to a gold achievement badge from headquarters.
Jutta Whitworth-Biehler organises this activity. There is normally an achievement badge rally held during every holiday. Look in the newsletter or click the calendar for dates.
