Festival of Hunting
The Burghley sent a team for the first
time to the Festival of Hunting
inter-hunt relay on 18th July at the East of England
Showground.
We were very unlucky to draw the eventual finalists, the Old Surrey and Burstow in the first round and they just pipped us to the finishing post in spite of Emily and Frank taking the last three fences at racing pace! It was very exciting and we all really enjoyed the chance to compete in this prestigious event.
Congratulations to them all, they were immaculately turned out and a credit to our pony club.
