JumpCross training for Burghley PC members on Saturday September 10th in the afternoon at Grange Farm, Wittering.

If you would like a place in one of the groups please contact Ann-Marie Hemmings, amhemmings@btinternet.com

For those who haven't already come across me my name is Pam Cranfield and I organise Jump Cross training and competitions for the Burghley pony club.

You have expressed an interest in Jump cross and if you haven't already been involved with it I thought i would give you some more information.

Jump cross is situated at Grange Farm Wittering and is a cross country course with knock-down fences. It gives you the experience of cross country riding without the danger of big solid fences.

You must be confident enough to ride cross country in a group of five or six for the training and when you feel confident enough with that you may like to enter the competition in a Pony Club team or as an individual.

The first training day at grange Farm is on the 1st of March. The sessions usually last for approx 2 hours and you will receive tuition from accredited Jump Cross Instructors. The costs for this are: seniors (16years+) £30.00, Juniors (12-15 years) £25.00 and minis (7-11 years) £15.00 but pony club members do get a 10% discount.

Please contact me if you would like any more details. My details are on the pony club website. Unfortunately due to family commitments I will not be able to organise training for 1st March.

Regards

Pam Cranfield.
