Rallies
Members are put into
age-related groups and work with an instructor. At some rallies members work on
a specified discipline e.g. dressage, cross country etc. and some are general
rallies where several different disciplines are covered. Rallies are very social
events where like-minded youngsters forge lasting friendships.
Rallies are open to all ages and abilities
unless specified otherwise.

BOOKING RALLIES
-
Plan
ahead, book into rallies in at least two weeks prior to the event and return your
booking form. No
entries will be taken after this time. Enter the dates in your diary.
-
The Programme
for each holiday will be published on the web, so
you have plenty of time to decide and book the rallies you want and get the
form and fee back to
the appropriate organiser.
-
Return your
booking form with the appropriate fee, to
the person organising the rally (address at the bottom of the form) by the
date requested. Cheques should be made payable to Burghley Branch of the
Pony Club. Please send separate cheques for each ride. We no longer
accept one cheque for the Holidays.
-
If you have to
withdraw from a rally let the organiser know as soon as possible as there might
be a waiting list. A refund cannot be guaranteed as a commitment to cost
will have been made.
-
REMEMBER
to ring the
rally organiser (if appropriate) for times before your Rally.
-
Let you
organiser know when you book if you are sharing transport as this might
affect the planning of groups.
